At House of Shanvi, we ensure every product is carefully checked and packed before shipping. However, in case of genuine issues, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange will only be accepted in the following cases:
• You received a wrong product
• The item has a manufacturing defect
• The item arrived damaged
To be eligible for exchange:
• The product must be unused and unworn
• Original tags must be attached
• The item must be in original packaging
• The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Important Conditions
• No Refunds — We only offer exchange, not refunds.
• Exchange will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
• Slight color variation may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution. This will not be considered a defect.

Personal dislike of color or fabric

Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
To claim an exchange for damage or defect:
• Customers must share clear product images
• An unboxing video is required within 24 hours of delivery
Claims without proof may not be accepted.
Shipping for Exchanges
• In case of an approved exchange due to wrong product, damage, or manufacturing defect, we will guide you through the return process.
• Reverse shipping charges may apply depending on the situation and location.
• Once the returned product passes inspection, the replacement product will be shipped.
• If the issue is found to be not genuine, the product will be returned to the customer and shipping charges will be applicable.
